1. Payment Terms and Payment Service Providers
Jenuveena sells products only to individuals over the age of 18. Payment processing in our online store is handled by Shopify Payments and Klarna in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Shopify Payments and Klarna will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Jenuveena does not store or process customers' payment card details.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using, for example, the following payment methods:
✔ Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro debit and credit cards
✔ Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
✔ Bancontact and iDEAL

3. Payment Process and Order Handling
When you place an order:
1️⃣ Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment at checkout.
2️⃣ You will receive a payment confirmation and order confirmation via email.
3️⃣ Shopify Payments or Klarna processes the payment and transfers it to Jenuveena.
4️⃣ Jenuveena or its contractual partner processes and ships your order.
4. Product Manufacturing and Delivery
Jenuveena acts as the marketer and order handler for its products and services. We collaborate with trusted partners for product manufacturing and shipping. Once you place an order, we forward it to our partner, and you will receive your order directly from them.

5. Rights and Responsibilities
🔹 Online payments are secure – all transactions are protected with encryption technology.
🔹 Jenuveena is not responsible for any technical failures or other issues related to payment processing by the payment service provider.
🔹 If a payment cannot be verified, Jenuveena reserves the right to cancel the order.
