1. General
Jenuveena (Business ID 2683284-1, Ilmarisenkatu 15 B 25, 50130 Mikkeli, Finland) sells products in Finland and the EU to private individuals and businesses.
These terms apply to orders and deliveries made through Jenuveena’s online store. Jenuveena may unilaterally modify these terms, but the terms applicable at the time of the order will apply, and they can be found at www.jennipennanenart.com.
2. Ordering Terms
The customer must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent address in Finland or within the EU.
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment using a selected payment method.
Prices do not include value-added tax (VAT), as Jenuveena is not VAT-registered.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Klarna, which offer online banking and card payment options for Finnish banks.
Once the order has been paid, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

3. Delivery Terms
Jenuveena manufactures and delivers products in two different ways:
- Printed products are shipped directly to the customer from Jenuveena’s partnered printing facilities.
- Original artworks are shipped from Mikkeli, Finland.

Please note! Large Paintings over 100 cm are shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube, which allows for complimentary or reduced international shipping.
If you prefer your large painting to arrive stretched and ready to hang, this can be arranged for an additional shipping fee. Please contact me before or after your purchase to discuss available options and costs.
The processing time for orders handled by printing partners is 1–2 business days, after which the typical delivery time is 3–9 business days. If you have ordered a customized product, the delivery time may be longer. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. See section 5 for details on original artwork delivery.
Please Note:
- Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses.
- If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and offer a refund or a discount on a replacement product.
- Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure (such as strikes, pandemics, or logistical disruptions).
- Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are specified individually for each product.
I offer free shipping within the EU for orders over 300 €.
For orders under 300 €, a flat shipping rate of 14.90 € will be applied at checkout.
If the customer fails to collect their package, any additional costs incurred will be charged to the customer. Not collecting a package does not automatically cancel the order.
Up-to-date shipping rates are visible in the shopping cart before payment.
5. Delivery of Original Artworks
Original paintings may require preparation before shipping, such as varnishing or adding hanging hardware. Due to this, the shipping time may be up to 10 business days, but the artwork will be sent as soon as possible.
Please note that delivery may sometimes be delayed due to illness or absence, as I am solely responsible for my business operations. In case of delays, I will communicate any changes as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Once the artwork has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.
8. Product Manufacturing and Delivery
Jenuveena collaborates with trusted printing houses.
Products are made to order, helping to avoid excess inventory and waste.
Manufacturing and shipping are handled by the fastest available production facility depending on the delivery address.
