Returns and Cancellations – Peace of Mind for Your Art Purchase

I hope you feel a connection with the piece or product you’ve chosen – but sometimes it might not be exactly what you expected. That’s completely okay. You have the right to return your order, and here’s how the process works.

How to Return a Product

If you’d like to return or exchange something, please email me first:

You’ll receive clear instructions on how to proceed.

  • The right to return is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the last product in your order.

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition – unused and undamaged.

  • You may of course open the packaging and view the product, just like you would in a physical store.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed before the purchase.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product.

Please note: Not collecting your package from the post office is not a valid return. In such cases, return costs will be deducted from the refund.


If Something Goes Wrong

Every order is packed with care, but on rare occasions things may go wrong. If your item is damaged during delivery, incorrect, or defective:

If possible, include a photo of the issue – I will make things right, either with a refund or a replacement.


Claims and Complaints

If you have received the wrong product, an incorrect quantity, or the product arrived damaged, please contact me within a reasonable time by email:

Please note that Jenni Pennanen Art handles all complaints in writing only, either by email or postal mail.


Force Majeure

www.jennipennanenart.com is not responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control, such as a pandemic, war, natural disaster, export or import bans, government decisions, general transportation disruptions, or other similar unforeseeable circumstances.


Your Consumer Rights

This shop complies with the EU consumer protection law. Consumers have the right to cancel an online store order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order. The right of cancellation does not apply to customized or clearly personalized products.
