Paper: The paper is uncoated and 250 gsm/110 lb, making it a high-quality choice for presenting art. The matte surface and natural whiteness of this paper uniquely enhance the colors and details of the artwork.
Aging-Resistant Technology: The alkaline paper manufacturing technique ensures that the art print remains free from yellowing or color changes for years. The paper is acid-free and contains an alkaline reserve, such as calcium carbonate, which neutralizes acidic compounds absorbed from the air and acids caused by the natural aging of the paper.
OBA-Free: With little to no optical brighteners, the paper maintains its natural whiteness, ensuring that it remains unchanged under different lighting conditions. The artwork preserves its original beauty year after year.
Environmental Sustainability: FSC-certified paper or regionally equivalent certifications.

Order processing and delivery: The delivery time is approximately 5-6 business days, but it may vary depending on the destination country.
Return policy: All products are made to order, and returns cannot be accepted after the product has been created. Unlike EU regulations, the right to return does not apply to custom-made products.
Defective items: If the product arrives damaged, a claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The customer may receive a replacement product at no additional cost. The claim must include photos of the damage, in line with the shipping service's terms.
