The cycles of nature are also a part of us – from birth to death and everything in between. The "Cycle" artwork depicts this continuity. It is a reminder that life is a constant movement, renewal, and opportunity. After an ending, a new beginning follows.

My paintings are primarily created on canvas without framing. If you'd like to frame the artwork, you can have it framed by a local framer or request a quote from me. EU Area Delivery
Original artworks require finishing before shipment, such as varnishing and installation. Therefore, the delivery time from the order may be up to 10 business days, but I will aim to dispatch as quickly as possible after the order. I will provide an exact delivery date after purchase.
Returns
There is a 14-day return policy from the receipt of the product (in accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Act). The artwork must be in its original condition and packed in the original packaging or similarly well-protected for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
Shipping Damages
If the painting is damaged during delivery, the customer must report it promptly to both the seller and the shipping service. The damage must be documented with photos immediately upon opening the package. Returns that are inadequately packed, resulting in damage to the painting during transport, will not be fully refunded.
Custom and Made-to-Order Artworks
Custom and made-to-order paintings cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
Return notifications must be made in advance by email: jennipennanenart@gmail.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Orders Outside the EU
Deliveries outside the EU are not directly available in the online store. If you would like to place an order outside the EU, please contact me in advance so I can check delivery options and other details.

Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other potential additional charges, determined by the laws of the destination country. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
Customs duties are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs and must be paid separately directly to the customs authorities or shipping service upon delivery. I recommend checking local customs regulations before placing your order.
