Fine Art Print
Depending on your preference, you can receive your print either framed, with or without a passepartout, and you can choose your favorite frame from six different options.
The art print will be delivered either rolled or framed, ready to be mounted on your wall.
Paper: The art paper is acid- and lignin-free, ensuring its longevity and preserving the quality and vibrancy of the artwork’s colors year after year. The natural texture of the paper enhances the colors and creates depth, allowing the colors to stand out beautifully and vividly. The sturdy 230 g/m² matte texture adds depth without compromising the clarity of the print.
Passepartout: Adding a passepartout creates an elegant and professional gallery look. The passepartout gives the artwork a refined and valuable appearance.
Frames: The frames are handcrafted in Italy from high-quality wood and premium plexiglass. Available in various colors, they are perfect for framing different kinds of artwork. The frames not only highlight the art but also provide a durable and stylish solution for hanging.
Orders can be placed from the online store within Finland and Europe. If you wish to order outside the EU, please contact hello@jennipennanenart.com.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are individual and will be displayed at checkout during the order process.
Order processing and delivery: Orders are processed in the EU within approximately 2 days. If the art print is framed, the production time may be longer. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days from shipment, but it may vary depending on the destination.
Return policy: All products are made to order, and returns cannot be accepted after the product has been created. Unlike EU regulations, the right to return does not apply to custom-made products.
Defective items: If the product arrives damaged, a claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The customer may receive a replacement product at no additional cost. The claim must include photos of the damage, in line with the shipping service's terms.
